Wedding Flowers Cost $69 to $325 a Bouquet in the GTA

We read 23 GTA wedding florists' own price pages. Eight price all five items, six price nothing, and the bridal bouquet median is $160.

Key takeaways

  • The cheapest bridal bouquet a GTA florist publishes runs from $69 at Secret Garden Florist to $325 at Wild North Flowers, with a median of $160 across the 15 that price a fresh one.
  • Only 8 of the 23 florists we read price all five standard items, and 6 of 23 publish no item price at all. Five publish a package figure for a whole wedding instead.
  • The median bridal bouquet is $160, the median bridesmaid bouquet is $110 and the median boutonniere is $25.50, so a bride plus four bridesmaids and eight boutonnieres is $160 + 4 x $110 + 8 x $25.50 = $804.
  • Two of the 23 say what happens with HST, and three publish a minimum order: $100 at The Silk Gardener, $150 to $500 at VintageBash and $350 at Wild North Flowers.
  • Ten of the 14 that price flowers for a guest table publish a bud vase or a single stem as their floor, from $9.99, so a published centrepiece price is often not a centrepiece.

If you are pricing wedding flowers in the GTA, start with the bridal bouquet. It is the one item most florists here will actually show you a number for. We read the wedding pages of 23 GTA wedding florists on September 7, 2026 and recorded the lowest price each publishes for five standard items. Seventeen price a bridal bouquet. Among the 15 that price a fresh one, the cheapest bouquet runs from $69 at Secret Garden Florist in North York to $325 at Wild North Flowers. The median is $160. Only 8 of the 23 publish a price for all five, and 6 publish no item price at all.

How we read the prices

One rule governs every row below. It is the lowest price that florist publishes for that item, and the Item column names what the money buys. Some rows are a fixed price. Others are a "from" or "starting at" figure, which means the florist is naming a floor, not a finished price.

Three narrowings keep the columns comparable. A bouquet never counts as table or ceremony flowers, wherever the florist files it. For a guest table we take the cheapest arrangement or vase, not greenery by the foot. For the ceremony we take the cheapest arch, altar, aisle or pew piece, not a frame, stand, candle or bag of petals. Where a florist publishes two lists we take the lower figure, and the Unit column says which.

Two warnings before you read any column. Only two of the 23 say anything about tax, so treat every figure as printed and do not assume it includes HST. And every median here is taken across the fresh-flower rows only. Dried and faux prices are marked in the Unit column and left out of the maths, because a bouquet that keeps is a different product.

Fifteen of those 17 rows are fresh flowers. Sort those 15 figures and the eighth is $160, so $160 is the median. Half start below it and half above.

Two rows are not fresh, and both sit inside that range. Harvest Hill Flower Farm in Blackstock, in Durham Region, air dries its own stems and sells a 10 inch dried bridal bouquet for $100. The Silk Gardener in Brampton makes faux bouquets, which are artificial flowers built to your design, and a 12 inch one is $150.

Only 8 of 23 price all five items

A wedding order is not one bouquet. It is normally five things: the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, flowers for the guest tables, and flowers for the ceremony.

Eight price all five. Seventeen price at least one. The six that price none split in two. Bita Floral, Aspen Florist and Dynasty Events & Florals publish a package figure but nothing per item. Stavebank Florist, Blush & Bloom and Para Palm Flowers publish no figure at all.

Stavebank's page is the clearest case. It asks "How much do wedding flowers cost in Mississauga?" as its own FAQ heading, then answers that its team will walk you through pricing during a consultation. The question is on the page. The number is not.

Bayview Fancy Flowers does something odder. Its wedding page shows 16 bouquets with a price and 7 without. Two of the priced ones carry a line telling you to call for a bridal consultation, above a figure labelled "Shown at". The number is there, and the page says it is not your number.

Bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres

These are the items that multiply. One bridal bouquet, but four bridesmaids and eight boutonnieres: a ten dollar gap per piece turns into real money.

Eleven florists price a bridesmaid bouquet and nine of those are fresh. The fifth of those nine is $110, so that is the median. Fourteen price a boutonniere, twelve of them fresh, and the middle pair there is $25 and $26, so the median is ($25 + $26) / 2 = $25.50.

Read the conditions, because they change what you get. Secret Garden's $35 boutonnieres are pickup only, so someone has to collect them. Cindy's Flowers prints a stem count beside every size: its $110 Mini bridesmaid bouquet is 9 stems and its $180 low compote is 22. A stem count is the only fair way to compare two bouquets that cost the same.

Table flowers and the ceremony

Fourteen of the 23 price flowers for a guest table and twelve price something for the ceremony.

Secret Garden Florist, Modern Hoop Arch$1,599$1,599starting at; its only arch, altar, aisle or pew piece, and its Columns and Floor Arrangement collections are read here as reception decor

No median is printed for either group, and the Item column shows why. Ten of the 14 table rows are a bud vase or a single stem. They start at Toronto Flower Gallery's $9.99 Solitary Scarlet Centerpiece. Averaging a single stem against a compote would produce a number no couple could use. Secret Garden Florist's $1,599 arch tops the ceremony column for the same reason. The arch is the only piece it sells for the ceremony structure itself. Its Columns and Floor Arrangement collections share a heading with reception flowers, so we read those as reception decor.

Price the tables from one florist instead. At Wild North Flowers a Simple Bud Vase is $39 and a Standard Centrepiece in a glass vase is $185. Ten guest tables is 10 x $39 = $390 of bud vases or 10 x $185 = $1,850 of centrepieces, at the same shop, on the same day.

The fresh ceremony rows run wider still, from Blooming One's $18 bunch of pew flowers to Secret Garden Florist's $1,599 Modern Hoop Arch. The one faux row, a $30 rented set of aisle markers from The Silk Gardener, is not a competing quote for a fresh arch. It is a different job.

The charges that never sit next to the flower price

Adding up a price list gets you the flowers, not the invoice. Four things sit outside the item prices.

HST. Two of the 23 say what happens. Miugi Flowers puts it in writing: 13 per cent HST is applied to the final price. Blooming One's wedding brand, Simple One Love, prints its ceremony and reception package as $5,200 plus HST. Every other page is silent, so add the tax yourself before you compare.

A minimum order. Three of the 23 publish one. The Silk Gardener sets a minimum order amount of $100 and takes a 30 per cent deposit on every order. VintageBash prints "$150-$500 Min Order" in its shop header. Wild North Flowers sets a $350 minimum on its a la carte wedding collection. A la carte means you pick items one at a time rather than buy a set package. Cindy's Flowers says it will tell you in its first reply if a minimum applies to your date, which is a promise rather than a number.

Setup at the venue. Wild North Flowers does not send a designer on site with an a la carte order at all. If you want one, the page names a minimum labour charge twice in different places and the two blocks disagree: one says $425 and the other says $400. Miugi Flowers charges design and on-site styling at 15 per cent to 25 per cent of the floral subtotal. Cindy's Flowers charges 15 to 45 per cent of the floral subtotal for full service. It says that percentage is charged on the flowers only, never on delivery or vessels. VintageBash invoices delivery, installation and pickup separately.

Delivery. Cindy's is the only one of the 23 that publishes a wedding delivery price list. Toronto and anywhere within 45 minutes is included. Then it is $140 for 45 to 75 minutes, $280 for 75 minutes to 2 hours, and $450 for 2 to 3 hours. Toronto Flower Gallery publishes delivery prices too, but on its product pages for single orders, and it says the fee may vary for bulk orders. Wild North calculates delivery at checkout from your order size, date and location. Blooming One includes delivery in its $499 personal flower package, and setup, teardown and re-setup within 30 km of its Markham studio in the $5,200 package.

What a whole wedding is quoted at

Five of the 23 publish a figure for a whole wedding rather than a piece of one. The range between them is wide.

Bita Floral in Whitby prices three bundles. A bridal bouquet plus boutonniere, or a small ceremony setup, starts around $150 to $300. Full wedding party flowers are typically $400 to $900, and a full package $1,200 to $3,000 or more. Toy Florist's cost guide says most couples spend $3,500 to $7,500 in Toronto, with smaller weddings $1,500 to $3,000. Aspen Florist says its Durham couples invest $4,000 to $7,500. Dynasty Events & Florals begins at $5,000, and Blooming One's package for 100 guests is $5,200.

Use those as a sanity check on a quote, not a budget: none knows your guest count or table plan.

Frequently asked questions

How much do flowers cost for a wedding in Canada?

Nothing we read supports a national figure, and a Canada-wide average would hide what your own florist charges. Here is the GTA evidence instead. On September 7, 2026, 15 GTA florists published a fresh bridal bouquet price between $69 and $325, with a median of $160. Five published a whole-wedding figure, from the $1,200 low end of Bita Floral's package tier to the $7,500 top of Aspen Florist's range.

What is the average cost of a bridal bouquet?

Across the 15 GTA florists that publish a fresh bridal bouquet price, the median is $160. The cheapest is Secret Garden Florist's Snapdragon at $69 and the dearest floor is Wild North Flowers at $325. Half are fixed prices and half are floors, so a quote can come back higher.

What is a normal floral budget for a wedding?

Five of the 23 publish one, and they run $1,200 to $7,500. Bita Floral's full wedding package is $1,200 to $3,000 or more. Toy Florist says $3,500 to $7,500 and Aspen Florist $4,000 to $7,500. Dynasty Events & Florals starts at $5,000, and Blooming One's package for 100 guests is $5,200.

How much do wedding flowers cost in Toronto specifically?

The Toronto florists here price a bridal bouquet from $69 to $325, a bridesmaid bouquet from $65 to $185 and a boutonniere from $14.99 to $35.

What do wedding bouquets and boutonnieres cost together?

Take the fresh medians. A $160 bridal bouquet, plus four bridesmaid bouquets at the $110 median, plus eight boutonnieres at the $25.50 median, is 160 plus 440 plus 204. That is $804 before delivery, setup or tax. Swap in a $200 bouquet and it is 200 plus 440 plus 204 = $844. Now take the lowest fresh figure for each item, at three different florists. That is $69 plus 4 x $65 = $260 plus 8 x $14.99 = $119.92, or $448.92.

Do GTA wedding florists charge a minimum order?

Three of the 23 publish one: $100 at The Silk Gardener with a 30 per cent deposit, "$150-$500 Min Order" at VintageBash, and $350 at Wild North Flowers. The other 20 say nothing, which is not the same as having none.

Is HST included in the prices florists publish?

Almost never. Two of the 23 say what happens. Miugi Flowers adds 13 per cent HST to the final price, and Blooming One's Simple One Love page prints its package as $5,200 plus HST. Every other page is silent.

Do florists charge extra to set up the flowers at the venue?

Usually yes, and it is rarely in the item price. Wild North Flowers does not send a designer on site with an a la carte order. Its page names the minimum labour charge as $400 in one block and $425 in another. Miugi Flowers charges 15 per cent to 25 per cent of the floral subtotal and Cindy's Flowers 15 to 45 per cent. Blooming One's $5,200 package includes setup and teardown within 30 km.

How to read a florist's price before you book

Three questions save a round of email. Ask for the minimum order first: only three of the 23 publish one, and it is the fastest way to learn whether a studio is in your range. Ask what the table price buys, because ten of the 14 rows here are a bud vase. And ask whether the quote includes HST, setup, delivery and teardown, because only two pages state the tax.

Some of the 23 publish more than one list, so check which you are reading. Miugi Flowers has a full-service pricing guide and a separate shoppable list, and the same boutonniere is $25 on one and $30 on the other. Blooming One prices the same wedding under two brands. May Flowers sells one product as both a bridesmaid bouquet and a petite bridal bouquet, which is why $145 is its floor in both columns. Cindy's Flowers launched in 2026 and works from a studio with no walk-in shop and no published street address. It takes wedding orders as a quote list rather than a checkout, so its prices are a rate card rather than something you buy on the spot.
